With the growing global concern around the COVID-19 (coronavirus) we wanted to provide you with a commitment moving forward that the health, safety and the well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority.

First and foremost we want to assure you that we are taking the appropriate measures to ensure our fleet of buses are safe, properly sanitized and that we have plans and protocols in place. We use a leading commercial disinfectant which kills the broadest possible spectrum of viruses and bacteria.

While the Public Health Agency of Canada has assessed the current public health risk as low, we continue to monitor the developments very closely with regards to the travel industry.

We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our team.

• Enhanced cleaning protocols on all of our buses with particular focus on our high traffic areas.
• Increased communication with our customers, employees and partners on important health and safety measures during these uncertain times. These communications will come as information is received from the Public Health Agency of Canada.

To protect yourself and others around you, we ask that anyone who is not feeling well refrain from taking the bus so that we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and update our protocols and procedures as necessary.
